Barbell Squat

Instructions

  1. Set the bar on your upper back and stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out.
  2. Brace your core, keep your chest up, and sit your hips back and down until thighs are parallel to the floor.
  3. Drive through your mid-foot to stand, squeezing your glutes at the top without locking your knees hard.
