Instructions
- Set the bar on your upper back and stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out.
- Brace your core, keep your chest up, and sit your hips back and down until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your mid-foot to stand, squeezing your glutes at the top without locking your knees hard.
