Instructions

  1. Hang from the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulders and shoulders packed down away from your ears.
  2. Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, avoiding excessive swinging.
  3. Lower yourself with control until your arms are fully extended, then repeat for the next rep.
